When you carry the best products out there, occasionally you sale out. If we are out of stock of an item you ordered, we will either email or call you. You will be refunded for the unavailable item and only charged for it when it’s ready to be shipped out to you. Luckily, back-ordered items generally do not take more than a few days to come in. Once we receive it, will send it your way within a week and at no additional shipping cost.

Standard Shipping

  • This Standard service is offered through USPS with an estimated arrival within 3-5 business days (within the contiguous United States) from the date shipped.
  • If all merchandise is available, orders placed before 3:00PM Eastern Time will ship the same day; orders placed after 3:00PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday will ship within 2 business days. We provide tracking information so you can track your package through delivery.
  • Once USPS notifies us that a package was scanned as “delivered”, Pasteur Pharmacy is not responsible or has any control over lost or stolen packages. If you experience to have a lost or stolen package after it is delivered, you must report it and open a case with USPS.
  • Local deliveries are made between 8AM and 5PM Monday-Friday.
  • Orders using this shipping service can be delivered to P.O. boxes.

We try to process all international shipping within 7-15 business days.

We use USPS, UPS Or Fedex. Typically shipping takes between 15-30 business days, but can take longer depending on individual country’s customs delays.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Pasteur Pharmacy has no control over these charges, nor can Pasteur Pharmacy predict what they may be.

Please note: You can check your tracking at Track My Order. You will not see tracking updates, but you will see that your package has been shipped out and is on its way to you.

Flat Rate Shipping for International Customers – We have worked hard to get the shipping cost down for our International customers.

If you do not receive your order, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us and we will help.

Products that contain alcohol or compressed air are potentially hazardous for shipping. We are only able to ship these items in the Continental U.S. or Canada. If you are an international customer, these items will be refunded and will not be shipped.

If you are sending your package to a forwarding company in the US your order is subject to be cancelled by one of our representatives for security reasons. If it’s approved, it’s out of Pasteur Pharmacy’s responsibility any item’s final destination or its intended use.

Please, note that Pasteur Pharmacy has no control over delivey routes, delivery times or packages scanned as “delivered” to a forwarding company. 

All orders placed between Mon-Fri by 4pm and Sat by 2pm will be delivered the same day. All others, will be delivered by the next business day, excluding holidays.

Pasteur Pharmacy offers free shipping for all Online Orders (Retail Products) over $50 to the Contiguous US. This offer does not apply to international orders.

All orders placed by 3:00 pm Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.

For Free Shipping, we use USPS First Class for light items and USPS Priority Mail for everything else. Transit time is 3-5 business days. If fast delivery is needed, choose Priority Shipping instead of Free Shipping.

If you return a product for refund which was ordered under the Free Shipping offer and your resulting order total drops below the $50 threshold, we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may either exchange or return your product.
  • All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by a Pasteur Pharmacy representative. Click Here to request your return instructions.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item, with exception of damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Refunds or exchanges do not apply to blade sampler packs, Hair Brushes, Razors and Shaving Brushes.
  • Securely pack the item(s) you are returning and include a copy of your original packing slip.  Ship the item only to the address provided to you by Customer Service Representative when obtaining your return authorization.
  • After we receive, inspect and process your return, a refund (less shipping) will be issued within 7 business days of receipt.
  • All Sale/Clearance items are final sales, no returns can or will be made. Please see the Free Shipping policy for an additional exception.
  • For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Pasteur Pharmacy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • To obtain your full refund, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in new, unused condition (for sanitary purposes), in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place.  All orders returned within 30 days will receive a store credit.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may either exchange or return your product, based on the following options:
  • Exchange and return period: With a receipt, a full refund in the original form of payment will be issued for unused or unopened merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Within 30 days, accompanied by a receipt, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
  • All Sale/Clearance items are final sales, no returns can or will be made. 
  • Non-Returnable Items: We are sorry but Board of Health Regulations do not allow us to take returns on Prescriptions, Hairbrushes, Combs, Manicure Implements, Bathroom & Hygienic Aids, Any Worn Items, Hair Dryers, Professional Hair Care Products, Hair Dyes.

If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges.  Click Here to Contact us Customer Service Representative to receive further instructions.

Many of the products offered by Pasteur Pharmacy include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. Pasteur Pharmacy will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however Pasteur Pharmacy is not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.
