Timmermann Green is our interpretation of a vintage formulation from Timmermann, a pharmacy that has its roots in 1869.
Timmermann was acquired by Pasteur, one of America’s oldest brands. Timmermann, which was founded in The formula was found among the archives. We dusted it off, understood it, and tweaked the recipe to modern standards. Gave it our Siero treatment and upgrades so you can experience the full benefit of a premium shave soap in a pleasing package. A product line with an intriguing history.

For all those who want to discover a piece of history, designed and developed by one of the oldest pharmacies that have been in the industry for over 150 years.

This is the third incarnation of the Timmermann line and the scent notes were inspired by Timmermann archives and boast notes of tobacco, oud, vanilla, amber, basil, geranium, peach, and nutmeg entwined with jasmine rose, patchouli and musk. In modern times, it’s rare to find scents inspired by vintage forms but we wanted to pay homage to them.

Bright, clean & refreshing

This shave soap scent will brighten your day with a list of great smelling ingredients (tobacco, oud, vanilla, amber, basil, geranium, peach, and nutmeg entwined with jasmine rose, patchouli and musk) that give it IMHO = a terrific, refreshing unique barbershop scent. Be careful not to start with too much water as you're preparing your lather. The matching post-shave balm is a perfect follow-up for this product and other similar shave soaps I have in this shave scent catagory.

Sheesh!! Another sample from Wholly Kaw & it was awesome!! Still not sure which is better between the green & the red but I really wish that they would just do a huge Wholly Kaw sale so that I can get both!

I really liked this shaving soap. It has all the characteristics that I look for in a shaving soap. Its fragrance is very good. The foam is easily created and its consistency is maintained over time. Very good protection and very good sliding. The post shave is also very good. This soap would never be missing among my favorites along with Murray Hill 1775. I recommend it without any doubt.
