I really liked this shaving soap. It makes a very good foam, with a very good consistency, very protective and with very good glide. It is the type of foam that I love to be able to shave with a straight razor. The fragrance is very good and stays throughout the entire shave. It’s not very powerful, but I think it has the right degree of intensity. For me a very good shaving soap, without a doubt I recommend it

got a great shave all three shaves but I found the lathering aspect weak.
Very easy to over-hydrate – don’t start with too mush water on your brush.
Still, a nice product, if you prefer a “lighter” facial lather.
Follows up great with “King of Oud” aftershave balm!

A fantastic scent! I wish it were a tad stronger but that is personal preference only. Strike Gold Shave has some of the best sets around. Don’t miss this one!
