I have one or two shave products that come in a box , or cellophane wrapper . This is perfect place to store such products .

This is a nice enough soap container, but I am unsure of the purpose of the protrusion in the middle. It prevents the soap from resting evenly on the surface. The soap that I placed in the container locked in place after a couple of lather cycles. Perhaps it is better for soft soaps. Also, the diameter of the tin container is larger and may be better for lathering.
