Martin de Candre has created its own version of the perfume since 1974. It also contains a wide variety of beneficial properties: hydrates, calms and soothes the skin.


It is suitable for any skin type. It generates a rich lather with a small quantity. The Fougère shaving soap is presented in a traditional and elegant beech wooden bowl of 200g handmade in l’Argenton.

Excellent! I’ve used the original MdC before and enjoyed it. This is like a better smelling version. This soap is excellent too because it is soft enough to mold into your mugs and shaving bowls. Will definitely buy again.

Wow. I am in love. The scent is amazing. It's not super powerful and just enough to enjoy while shaving. The performance is out of this world. Seems to need a little more water than some of my other soaps but once you hit the sweet spot this stuff is slick.
