The Joserra Noir shaving soap is traditionally handcrafted by Jose Martinez in his laboratory in Spain.Jose, who conjures up a new formula for every new soap, attaches great importance to the quality of the raw materials.This soap formula is like a facial skin care product.It contains sebum, shea butter, coconut butter, camellia oil, castor oil, lanolin, glycerin, activated charcoal and even green clay.Wow.Who doesn't have a razor in his pants.Anyone who is familiar with the topic will already be able to imagine how well this soap works.It produces fat foam that is very rich, nourishing and protective, and is extremely easy to build up.The sliding film and the post-shave feeling are outstanding.But now to the fragrance. The noir fragrance is my favorite.The combination of cypress, vetiver, frankincense and musk appears fresh and dark at the same time. He has something dry and earthy about it. Sensational.

Wet Your Face: Prepare your skin by wetting it with warm water.

Create a Lather: Work up a rich lather in a shaving bowl or directly on your beard using circular motions.

Shave in the Direction of Hair Growth: Use slow, short strokes to shave in the direction of your hair growth, rinsing your razor frequently.

Rinse Thoroughly: After shaving, rinse your face thoroughly with warm water to remove any soap residue.

Still getting used to this charcoal based scent. Great performing soap as always from Joserra. Gives a very close shave, which has left me with a mild burning post shave feel. May have to lather a bit more, but definitely applies and feels like skin food. I would say, black rose from Joserra is preferred, but Noir is certainly worth trying and growing on me. My third time using Noir as of this review, and looking forward to shaving with this soap again.
