LX48 is short for Lexington & 48th Street. This Midtown Manhattan location is where the famous Caswell-Massey apothecary and perfumery was located from 1926-2012. Numerous men’s colognes were made for private clientele at this store and LX48 is a tribute to these fine fragrances and the stories that accompany them.

This old world fragrance is one that every gentleman should own. It’s a blend of Leather, Tobacco, Cedarwood, and Oakmoss in an 18% EDP fragrance concentration. It has an interesting Violet note in the opening and superb character in the dry-down without being overly loud, with a subtle sophistication and a long-lasting scent. The eau de parfum for men has no sharp edges and is perfect when worn to the office or for special events. This high-end cologne contains no paraben or sulfate and is never tested on animals.
